“It’s a suitable apartment for family at a great situation with comfortable environment. However, as my check-in and the experience in my first day, I felt very uncomfortable because I met a young lady at the counter with bad service and impolite attitude.”

Not nice not friendly not helpful—-seemingly unhappy workers or I was very smelly?we were checked quickly. We did check in early 2:30 instead of 4/4:30. Our unit was the furthest end of the complex away from pool and restaurant. One entrance /exit to hotel—- always passed the front lobby—- no back stairs or easy access to street/ vehicle—-was annoying. Esp.……

“One of the best get aways we have had. Loved the decor, very classy especially the vintage touches. I wish I had taken some photos. Loved the pool and used it both days we were there. They left a bottle of wine and 2 wine glasses in the refrigerator for us to find when we arrived. Robert had emailed directions and the gate and door codes so we had immediate access when we arrived. “We’re a group of six active 60ish year old adults; had a blast with the pool that is well equipped with floatable toys, numerous chairs, large table for games and meals; we played ping pong, shuffle board, pinball games; and the kitchen well appointed. Excellent communication with hosts!! ”
