“The condo was lovely and clean and had great amenities. Check in was easy and parking spaces were plentiful. There was however a neighbor who disrupted our stay with alarming knocks on the door and a frantic request to “call 911 because someone was in her home who wasn’t supposed to be”. This was of course alarming as she seemed mentally unwell and we didn’t know it was the neighbor so when I contacted the host, they advised this had never happened and they would notify security about the issue.……

There were a few broken items (chair in master B/R, umbrella on patio) which I contacted the manager about, but since our stay was just 2 nights, these were not repaired or replaced while we were at the property.
