The kitchen and baths are especially nicely done, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. We love the property at Rancho Las Palmas and especially enjoyed the two pools so close by. We had a wonderful time there!”

“22 Kavenish is a beautiful home, nicely updated, and very tastefully decorated. The location, and view of the golf course and lake is breathtaking! We had a somewhat delayed start to our stay, with several issues to be resolved upon arrival…..hence only 4/5 star rating . Had the home had a ‘house book’ , as have all other properties we have rented through VRBO, with basic instructions on where to find things, and how to operate things, most of our calls to owner would have been eliminated. “This was my second stay at this wonderful condo. Looks exactly like the photos with tall ceilings and furnishings that are both beautiful and comfortable. High end linens and kitchen fit for a beginner like me or a gourmet chef.Three sets of sliding glass doors with two patios at the ideal lakefront location surrounded with palm trees and stunning mountain views. The perfect retreat! ”

“Older unit but Sunrise is a fabulous location. The golf course is fun and everyone there is friendly . The restaurant is OK but with so many great restaurants we only used it a couple of times. The unit is comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars but the kitchen is awkward for serious cooking. Perfectly fine for breakfast or lunch. ”

“We had a lovely month long vacation at Rancho Las Palmas golf and country club. The condo was clean, very spacious and was perfect for our family of five to stay here. The pool was lovely, never too crowded and steps from the condo. We enjoyed many evenings on the outdoor patio. All people we met were very friendly and condo owners were very accessible when needed. ”
