“The location is good as we can see the stunning sunrise on the terrace of the villa. The room is very good. The carpark behind the villa is very convenient. I followed the instruction given by Expedia and sent a message via whatsapp to the owner of the Villa one day before I arrived. I got no response. On the day I drove to the villa, I sent a message again. I still got no response. I arrived at the villa at the check-in time (3:00pm). No one was in the villa. I suddenly got a whatsapp message……

“The price is quite expensive, while the quality did worth it. I did not feel welcome from the hotel, and even cannot see smile from the staffs. There is a bath basin in the room, and the water get into floor quickly. Which made everything into worse condition. The light in toilet was not on. Wifi in 1st floor is no problem, but from 2nd floor cannot access. It is not worth the money.”

“這家旅館就位在湖邊，而且後面還有免費的停車場可以使用，房間雖然較小，但是有無敵的湖景可以看真的很划算。以下是我們認為的優缺點: 優點: 1.房價便宜，而且店員熱情。 2.房間和整個環境都非常的乾淨。 3.旅館有附一個很大的廚房，非常好使用。 4.旅館就位在市區，到哪裡都非常的方便。 5.浴室的熱水洗澡非常舒服。 6.網路非常的好~快~ 缺點: 無 超級推薦這裡，希望大家有機會來這邊玩住這裡~”

“The property itself is pretty and clean. Some of the staff need more training, especially the reception area. It was in disarray when I checked in and also never reachable by phone. The AC in my room didn’t work and then when it worked it wasn’t really functioning properly. The dinner was mediocre. We enjoyed our stay here and we will come back. Thanks to Rami, Shoham the lifeguard, Gal from the dining room and to the hotel director Denis. I appreciate your hospitality. ”

“We highly recommend a stay at the Scots Hotel for adults who appreciate beautiful antique-style historic buildings with beautifully maintained gardens and a quiet and prestigious atmosphere. The hotel is very well-maintained and immaculate. The staff was helpful and friendly. This hotel is not suited for kids and is designed for guests over 16 years old. We will be glad to stay at this hotel again.”
