“This property had an amazing view of the beach. It was well appointed and in a fantastic location.”

“Neskowin is a beautiful area! The beaches are nice and not crowded. We saw seals and pelicans. The place we stayed was nice. It says pet-friendly, but it could be more so. The pet area is right next to the higway and not well-lit. The railing on the deck does not come all the way down, leaving quite a large gap. Yes, there is a sign telling visitors to not leave pets unattended on the deck. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot. Location was great!”

“Had a great time in this beautiful condo. It was exactly as described. Being on the second floor, the view was amazing! This was my first vacation in over 20 years. We had such a good time : ) The complex was quiet and in an excellent location, close to everything. I will stay here again.”

“The unit was just as described and the location so close to the beach was exactly what we wanted. Having a top-floor unit was good for quiet time and had no issues with noise. We didnt use the pool, hot tub, or game room, but it was nice to have it available in case.”

“This property was excellent for the price. Some reviews knock down the rating due to some things, but you have to consider the price you are paying for this, which is cheap for an ocean view and easy beach access property in Lincoln city. Yes you can hear your neighbors above you, but we brought a box fan for white noise when we sleep which masked the footsteps above. The kitchen did not have a spatula and some other basic utensils, so be prepared for that. It did have forks, spoon and……

“The property was in a great location with views of the beach (no sunset but you should be on the beach for that anyways). The condo was very nice, clean, and full of living amenities. It was nice to be able to cook food instead of eating out for every meal.”
