“The house is older than I gathered from online photos, but was fine. The kitchen has everything you might need, much better-supplied than most places. Books, games,lots of streaming stations on big TV. Wood fireplace in L.R. & propane firepit on deck.We were greeted with a nice guest basket in the frig: wine, cheese, chocolate. Enough pillows & blankets for an army. Queen bed in 1 room. Other has bunk beds with full-sized mattresses-actually quite comfy. Notebook with lots of info, how-to's and……

“We loved the location mostly. The condo was a little older but very functional. We loved the beach view and could have stayed longer for that reason. ”

“We had a great time staying at this property. Great spacious house and an incredible view. We enjoyed playing pool and the fuzzball table was a hit also.For the not soo wonderful parts:The Hottub wasn't cleaned, the water was murky and you could feel sand on the seats.The oven needs a good cleaning also there was oil on the bottom of the stove.For a house that sleeps 13 people that was not enough glassware for everyone.The rest was very good .”

“Lovely view of the ocean! Overall clean cottage with nice kitchen, comfortable front bedroom bed. Two "problems": the shower door was off it's track upon arrival and a drippy faucet in the "half bath/utility room" tub sink. The half bath has a toilet that's difficult for adults to access comfortably. Decor could use an upgrade, However, overall this property is comfortable, a great location, good parking right outside the door. We would come back!. ”

“This house is so close to the beach! The house is very big, but really quirky. The downstairs has 2 rooms that each have 2 sets of bunkbeds and a full size bed. Very tight but worked for the kids. Definitely not for adults. Also, the lighting downstairs was horrible, so the kids thought that it was very "creepy." The kitchen is AMAZING and we loved the open concept so that we could all comfortably hang out in the same area of the house. The upstairs bedrooms are huge but there is so much wasted……

“It is all about the views. Sitting at eye-level with the birds in flight (thinking about the bald eagle pair especially) is amazing. The beach is right there below. It is an incredible balcony to spend a vacation watching from. Thanks!”

“Brent was great at communicating, the house is an easy walk of 1 block from the beach. Always windy so bring a kite, but still lovely. The hot tub was the perfect retreat after the beach. We made a complex meal for dinner and the house had everything we needed: from peelers to potato masher. ”
