“We were in town for a ladies golf tournament and wanted a place to sit by water in evening and have short drive the next morning to Shangri-La. This waterfront condo was perfect! The comfort level is off the charts, one of the cleanest VRBO's I've stayed at on a lake. This would also be great for a fishing trip, there are boat docks within walking distance and a pool a few steps from your porch.. If you need anything from town, it's a short drive. Our stay was great and we will definitely book……

“The cabin is sooo peaceful and quiet across from the park w/the lake within easy walking distance. Host was very understanding about a request we made and for me locking the key in the cabin. Definitely will stay again when I need to come up that way from Alabama again, if it’s available. ”

“Thank you, we had a great time.We fished a bass tournament. The waves can be pretty intense at the dock since this is just off the main lake as the big pleasure boats go by. We didn’t mind this, but be prepared to secure / cushion your boat in the slip.We like to fish from the dock too and fishing was great!From the dock, we caught blue and channel catfish, crappie, bluegill, white and black bass. There is a fish cleaning station on the dock. There is a place to launch the boat just about 50……

“This place is an old time lake resort that is in the midst of being resurrected. We stayed in one of the duplexes. It had everything we needed for a nice stay. Nothing fancy but clean and easy. My wife didn't complain and she sure would have if things weren't OK. Its located right next to Sailboat bridge. Easy to get to restaurants. The private launch/ramp and slip were great! Bill the manager makes sure you get settled in quickly and easily. We will be back.”
