“All of the staff from the Reception area through to Dinning were always smiling, friendly and always at hand to help with anything or just a chat. The hotel has a great relaxed vibe which is a great credit to the staff. We found the location to be fabulous as walking along the coast one way took us towards Adeje and the other to Los Cristianos. “We stayed with a toddler and a baby and the hotel went above and beyond to help us be comfortable and make it a special experience. We normally like to visit other restaurants and do day trips on holiday however there was so much choice and activities for us as a family to do within the resort we ended up staying in and enjoying it the whole time, besides the odd beach walk! “Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“Ich war eine Woche mit meinem Partner Ende April / Anfang Mai in dem Hotel. Es hat uns super gefallen, die ganze Anlage war total sauber und auch das Zimmer war in einem Top Zustand.
