“其實真是太差，最重要是不清潔，廁版上有很多及大片尿，只是蓋上已清潔紙條，實在太過份，最後由我自己清理乾淨。及有蟑螂在房裏。幸好只住一晚。 還有在check out 時，得知其他房沒有冷氣，35度下沒有冷氣，實在不能接受。”

“I had a very cool experience in Sydney . The room is tidy and the share facilities are clean. I think the staffs are friendly as well... unfortunately the holiday is near the train station, so you may feel it's noisy but I think it's acceptable. A nice experience with Granville hotel.”

“If I was local I'd support this hotel. Afternoon staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to help patrons. The contract cleaning staff do not clean properly, that's the only down side. We'll be coming back to stay on our next trip.”

“Unfortunately our stay was not the best. Upon arrival into the room we immediately found an iron stain on one of the bedside tables. My sister dropped something and when she picked it up found dog food under the bed. The bathroom sink leaked to the point multiple towels were needed just so we did not slip and even though i booked a room for 4 people, 2 twin beds we got 1 single blanket. It was well after reception closed when we realised so we had no choice but to deal with it. Staff were……

“Liked · Staff are very helpful and professional. Great location, fine facility, reasonable price, and cozy beds. We stayed for about 2 weeks and felt like at home. Highly recommend. Disliked · Due to the extension of our travel, we stayed in 2 different rooms during our booking. One was excellent (clean and renovated) and the other was old, unclean, and with stain.
