“another building of the hotel is under construction, so it smells not good. No elevator , other things are ok!”

“From the check in to check out 10+. We've never had such great customer service. Hotels.com over charged us. The evening Gal worked it for quite awhile + found the error + got us a $ 111 credit for over charge. Room gals did fabulous. Breakfast delicious. A definite place to stay. Book direct with hotel # . No messups . Elevator was down . They offered to pack bags upstairs if we needed.”

“The room was very nice . It provided easy parking access and easy beach access. The only flaw was the toaster didn't work. Im sure i could have got a replacement put the pan method on the two burner cook top worked fine. Food around town is ok but not good.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Rockaway Beach Resort. The people were friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. We liked that the resort is right on a first-rate beach. The staff provided beach toys for my kids, and there is an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off. The pool area is dated but quiet and clean. There is also a dry sauna and hot tub which we made use of. We enjoyed that the resort offered DVD’s and games to borrow, and had complimentary packets of coffee and tea……
