“We got this house because it was the only thing we could find that was affordable in Durham for a family my size. It had a terrible mildew/sulfur smell that hit you as soon as you walked in the door. There were paper towels to wipe your hands in the bathroom but no trash cans. We really were unsure if the sheets were clean. There were stains all over the walls that looked liked body fluid. My mom feel down the stairs because they were unsteady and deep. We’d brought dessert home but there were 0……

“Sadhya is a great, understanding host who works to hard to make sure the guests are comfortable and happy.The house is lovely, perfect for multiple people, and full of plants, which we loved.Sadhya lives underneath the rental in the bottom story of the duplex, and there is an occupied tiny house in the backyard. ”

“Communication with Dylan was excellent, and the space was both large and comfy. The property is nicely secluded from neighbors despite being right in the busy city. ”

“This is a really beautiful little home. It’s well decorated and has tons of space. Very convenient to downtown Durham and the airport. There were some dishes in the cabinets and one of my towels was covered in hair. There is also a fair bit of road noise and some noise from the nearby railway. Make sure you bring coffee if you want to drink it while you’re there. The house only has decaf. While I’m sure the host is very nice, I found the communication suboptimal. “We stayed for five nights and everything was accurate as described. Very close to downtown Durham and Duke, within a mile of a couple grocery stores and places to eat. Quiet street and easy checkin upon arrival. Beds are comfortable and TVs in family room and master a large and new. Very clean house and mostly everything is new. Would stay again ”

“Our stay was all good at this property, as it was close to the expressway for us to drive to our destination in Creedmoor each day. It was also near to good restaurants, golfing and parks. The house was well equipped and clean. ”

“We had a wonderful time - the house exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for a family of all age ranges. The house was very clean, well stocked, and the owner was very responsive - couldn’t ask for more! We caught a lot of fish from the dock and the kids enjoyed the kayaks.
