“This guy call me before my stay asking a lot of questions and telling me a lot stuff about the house saying everything was new and remodel . Ones l get there there was a lot old stuff and unfinished projects and some appliances wasn’t working properly l even too pictures and after my stay he wanted to ask for damages already was in there . Be careful with this property. Take pictures before because then he wants a new home for free”

“We had our family stay here for Duke graduation. It worked out great with space for all. Very thoughtful touches throughout the house and the place was immaculate. Very well thought out. Perfect location to Duke and downtown Durham. We felt very comfortable here and would highly recommend. 10 out of 10”
