“I wish that I would have taken more pictures because as a part time history buff, I loved this place. “Absolutely love the new remodel!!! The color scheme is very calming and just makes you feel relaxed! The free breakfast is nothing to brag about. I seriously expected better from a Hampton ,and OMG the breakfast area is so cramped!! The area they call the " bakery " area cosists of these little triangle looking things( scones? Maybe. “This hotel was on the Main Street, close to everything you’d like to see. If I had a complaint it would be parking. They give you a card/passcode for a lot 2-3 blocks away and there is no shuttle. It was snowing and/or raining the whole stay so it was inconvenient. Very quiet, breakfast above average however they did run out of things with an hour and a half left of service. Shower water temperature was warm at best, couldn’t get a good hot shower. ”

“This is a perfectly clean and safe place to stay. The staff was not especially helpful; they practically chased us out of breakfast, which ended at 9 rather than 9:30 at most similar motels. The food was fine. The building just looks tired and in need of attention. The heat/AC fan ran all the time, even though it was on auto setting, and the refrigerator was so noisy that it kept us awake. ”
