“The property is dated but really clean and worth the value to stay. First thing I look at is clean rooms. And that is definitely a clean hotel. Staff friendly also”

“In room 214 the phone did not work: a call to the front desk was not heard from me, I could hear her, she could not hear me. Had to walk down. There was human hair(?) in the corners below the coat rack. There was a sagging ceiling tile above the door, weakened by a long ago-dried up leak. The sink drain ran so slow that brushing ones teeth was time consuming. No grab bars in the shower.”
