“Nice hotel though we had to change room due to intermittent vibrating humming sound coming from the central air conditioning pack on top of the building. Our room was right below. The staff were nice and friendly so we were moved from the top to the bottom of the building with no problems.”

“Pet exercise area was right outside door but could have been cleaned up and a couple of bench’s would be nice. Keys didn’t work on second evening and had to wait for quite a bit to get new ones. The breakfast area was very clean. Hospitality were nice.”

“Only stayed a few hours in preparation for flight out of Rapid City. But staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and quiet. ”

“Love My Place hotels and this location is no different. It was a perfect stop over as I was driving across country. If I had anything negative to say about it, it would be the proximity from the hotel to downtown. It’s not a terrible drive but it’s not very convenient either.”

“Housekeeping was lax. Did not clean anything outside of bathroom, did not refill toilet paper or tissues.”
