“Small and comfortable ”

“Hotel was nice. Only downside is no high end free coffee-for this price…: also no gym but they do provide passes to local Y. They also have bikes outside to use. We are at Shoemakers and it was pretty good but not outstanding. Size of room was huge and staff was super friendly and helpful. Super walkable to local restaurants etc… overall a bit pricey for amenities available.”

“The front desk worker was beyond helpful and friendly. Accommodating . The rooms were clean . I left a tip for the maid and she left me a note saying she didn’t know if it was a tip or not so she didn’t take it . Very sweet . Best experience with a hotel near Liberty ”

“Starting with the good, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the furniture was in good condition. Right now though, there are major renovations happening at the hotel. The elevator had a serious clunk when going both up and down, which was a little unnerving. There’s a lot of road noise from a nearby highway. On the fourth floor, the Internet did not work at all. It worked fine on the first floor. And the shower took a full 7 minutes to get warm enough to make it usable. Guessing……

“I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by its well-maintained, remodeled appearance. The property was very clean, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and hospitable. The continental breakfast was a nice offering but was poorly maintained. Guests frequently had to request restocking of essential items such as coffee, milk, eggs, bacon, and baked goods, which were often depleted. While this was a minor inconvenience, it is worth noting as an area for improvement. My……

“These units are larger than a standard hotel with a nice kitchenette and couch area. The bed was a bit lumpy but overall our stay was great. We will be going back. Very convenient to Liberty University. ”
