“Harmels on the Taylor is a very nice resort. Unfortunately, we booked late so had a motel style room. We plan to go back and stay in one of their cabins. Breakfast was included and they have a fabulous dining room deck overlooking the Taylor River. We ate all our meals on that deck with our dog. The one thing that needs mentioning. They have a wonderful and happy staff. They were genuinely friendly, helpful that welcomed us in the door. Everybody in their store, office and dining room were……

“House was new, very clean and had lots of room to spread out. Great to have 4 bedrooms and the kitchen had virtually everything we needed. Only recommendation would be to have a shady place to sit in the backyard (that needs landscaping). ”

“Great house. Spacious but cozy. Nice back deck. Close to town. Beautiful Mountain View’s. Really nice kitchen. Easy check in and communicating with host.”

“It was a very accommodating house for three couples. We cooked in the great kitchen. Hung out in the living room. Parked three vehicles with ease and went into town which is about 5 minutes away. The gardening was nice. We could have done a hotel, but sitting down to dinner together and waking up with that view was pleasant. Overall great.”
