“I never had an email to give me the key code, it said someone would be there to meet us to check in at 3pm but wasn't, I rang Padstow breaks who were so helpful and gave me the code and said we were definitely booked in and check in is 4pm and not 3 as expedia informed ”

“The description and reviews give an accurate picture. It’s in a superb location and overlooks the beach. Great places to eat and drink on your doorstep, so no need to cook if you don’t want to. It’s a basic/no frills accommodation -as described- but perfectly comfortable and clean. Great communication with owner prior to the visit. Would return ”

The hosts definitely went the extra mile. Pretty perfect really, and as a bonus the weather was glorious for April. ”

“We had an enjoyable stay. Location is great with driving access to many areas. Everything works well. Bed is semi comfortable compared to most but ok. Self contained and spacious. An allocated Car park is available but has its resident birds that roost in the tree above the car. Views from the windows facing west are very nice. ”

“Fantastic location, just across the road from the beach. Very clean and most of the facilities you could need for a two night stay - they even have a mat put put the dog bowls on (we brought our own as we weren't aware of this but great if you are unprepared). Lovely spacious outdoor space too. Apartments felt very secure with codes for the entrance driveway, apartments and the key safe at the front door. Unfortunately we didn't find the sofa comfy, or the sofa bed (it was our preference to……
