“The property was exactly what we were looking for and definitely would us the property again. It was clean, modern and had very good facilities I.e washer/dryer and iron with ironing board. The only improvement I would make is update the arrival booklet as some information was OoD for example the shop is now closed permanently. ”

“Didn't stay here much, a friend used it a few nights though, and I visited. Totally my mistake, last minute looking after a puppy meant I couldn't use. Such a real shame, because I'd have had an amazing holiday here otherwise.”

“The lodge was beautifully decorated and looked after with everything you could need. The proximity to the beach and the coast path is a massive plus and the beach is fabulous. The garden area had a sunny aspect all day long which my two dogs just loved.The lodge is close to the beach but being positioned down a private lane it was peaceful and quiet. We really had an amazing stay and have booked again for September. ”

“It had an Ant infestation, the patio doors did not work, The wood burning fire was out of order and decor dated.”

“We have just spent May bank holiday at Grooms cottage-wow what a place. We took our two dogs with us. One is just 14 weeks old, we needed the break after breeding puppies earlier this year.The cottage was safe and secure, just like it said.The property is set in a rural location however you are just a 30 minute… give or take a few drive away from main attractions.This was more beautiful, relaxing than we could have imagined.We hope they will allow us back.Thank you so much, just what we needed.”
