“The location is amazing and as described. However, upon arrival hours past check-in the host didn't know I was coming and had yet to provide check-in info. Luca, the host, said she needed 15 minutes to ready things in addition to the "uh, who are you?" greeting. During my stay there were multiple impolite interactions. My favorite was that I needed to drive to town to get dry firewood to run the only source of heat, the wood stove.”

“The property was very clean and well appointed. Plenty of towels, washcloths, etc. I have stayed at two different apartments in this building and they were both wonderful experiences. I highly recommend. ”

The cabin is spacious with comfortable and attractive furnishings, and the kitchen is large and has everything you need. We were there during an extreme cold snap and so there were a few weather-related maintenance issues, and I was so impressed with how quickly Rosa and her husband addressed them. She even had the cabin decorated for Christmas, lit tree and all, which was such a lovely surprise.……

It is a classic and intimate home very close to the village of Endicott, near the locations we needed to visit. Ray did a wonderful job of preparing the house and communicating with us. Would stay here again!!”

“Wanda is lovely and helpful. Breakfast was AmAZING! Homemade jam and blintzes, fresh bread, eggs and bacon, Russian pancakes, vegetables from her garden, coffee and tea all on gorgeous Polish painted ceramics. The main house of the B&B and breakfast room are stunningly beautifully decorated. The Japanese suite was very nice. Well-stocked, nicely decorated and clean though jacuzzi is not brand new in this room. The rooms in the main house, the Polish, African, and Russian rooms are Absolutely……

“This property is new and clean. We were happy with the flexibility of the host and the comfort of the home. The only downside, as others have mentioned, was the nasty sulfur smell of the water. It also has a slimy feel. If you can get past that, the place is perfect! Rich is responsive to questions and was flexible with our needs as we were bringing a baby for the holiday weekend. . ”
