“We came to Denton for a church conference and this home was a perfect size and location for our crew. The home was very clean and had plenty of room for 5 people. The only thing I wish we had more of was parking. Other than that overall I give this stay and the host 5 stars! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a short walk to a nice park on the lake. The house was very clean and comfortable and well stocked with basic supplies. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Would stay here again.”

“Place was nice and new! Great quiet neighborhood. Upon arrival one bedroom light did not work. Another bedroom had a broken frame down and up propped against wall. Master bathroom closet was full of dirty sheets and comforters just thrown in a big pile. Bar stool broken and garage was filled and packed with previous guests garbage. For the price we paid for it we made do. Place was too nice to have arrived to so many uninviting flaws. All and all we had a good stay.”

“This property was exactly what we were looking for, the cozy cabin was beautifully decorated and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed!We enjoyed the beautiful lake views from the deck and our dog had a great time running on the beach.We will certainly stay here again when the Bison come back to Frisco for their next National Championship!”

“Property is excellent for perfect vacation to relax and enjoy. I faced difficulty in check-in process, the gate code was not shared in advance and it was shared only after check-in time which is so bad. even VRBO couldnt help me out in this one saying the gate code will be shared by the owner. But they dont have any contact of the property owner. more over the property owner is not very responsive intime when we need the most which caused me and my friends group in a tensed situation at the time……
