“We arrived on the 1st day of Chinese New Year. Although it was not yet the time for check in, they upgraded us to a suite room and gave us the room immediately. We appreciated it so much as we were so tired after the very early flight. Location of the hotel is great, only a few minutes walk to the MRT station. This station is just a few stations from those hot tourist spots. ”

“優點︰前台服務非常好，房間比想像中大，整體舒適，房間有瓶裝水，樓下也有飲水機很方便。地點是3個地鐵站附近，非常方便，樓下有酒吧街，有甜品店。缺點︰有一晚不小心弄污床單，但第二天發現污跡仍在，才發現床單沒有更換，明白環保原因未必每天更換床單，但有明顯污跡就應該更換。另外洗澡去水很慢，容易溢出。熱水爐是儲水式，要預先開啟，而且熱水很快用完，要注意。很多人也提及隔音問題，是會有外面車的聲音，但我認為可接受。”

“The hotel was reasonably clean and stylish, but the bed was not very comfortable. The hotel also did not provide any complementary goods such as shaving cream/ moisturiser etc. Overall I think you can find a better hotel if you spend that amount of money”

“整體裝修風格非常萬豪，挺喜歡的。浴室花灑很舒服，但廁所沒有手機的托盤小可惜。服務非常friendly，房內點餐good service，向butler查詢一些景點內容都能回復。另外，窗戶感覺有點髒，大玻璃景色很美但外墻有點污漬；然後房間裡面沒有usb充電頭有點需要更新了；以及用酒店打新加坡本地電話竟然要額外收費有點不可思議。”

“Reception Joy is super nice and very an efficient girl. I travelled with an elder, Joy carefully and considerately arrange a room for us without walking too far. Housekeeper Fang well tidy up our room:) All staff were friendly, helpful started from reception, club lounge, poolside bar and Makan restaurant We used all the facilities. Well experience:)”
