“it's a new choice in tokyo, but the location is not very convenice between shibuya and harajuku, you need get a taxi to the hotel from shibuya station, their staff are nice, but the room smaller than the photos, i've stayed in " ace hotel " in LA and London, this single room is samller, and maybe it's summer time so i spend $32560 yen one night , but I think this price you can find more larger room or good location in Tokyo, but their brunch is good, you should try it!”

“Extremely well trained personell with a good attitude, impressively good english and of great help. First impression was very good. Rooms super small, so don’t expect much here. But very comfortable bed, and well functioning air condition in the room. Shared bathroom, but it was good standard and super clean. Food in the restaurant was high end. It was very very good food. The area just outside the hotel is not the best, but it’s not too far to walk to for example Ebisu where you have everything……

“It was the second time I stayed at this hotel. The location was great, just 3 min walk from the Shinjuku JR station and the highway bus station. Room was clean, staff was helpful. But l didn’t bring my own pillow this time and asked if they had latex pillow. They only provide a very soft pillow one or the one in the wardrobe was soft on top but with hard beans in the bottom. The staff tried his very best to communicate with us and asked if we were looking for 低反発 pillow. We said yes and asked……
