“I like the location close to everything . Staff are courteous and friendly ! Need more help in moving luggages when checking out . Very little help in luggage assistance . Aside from that , everything is acceptable ! Staff on the first floor and the door person on the 4th floor are very nice ! ”

“Very accommodating and friendly staff! My room was very clean. Would recommend Hop Inn Tomas Morato for a short stay. There is a 7-11 right outside the hotel for a quick snack as well. Lots of nearby restaurants and massage options that are walkable.”

“this hotel looks like its for business- clean, basic and functional. which was perfect for me since i only went to phils for a funeral. If you're looking for an elaborately decorated hotel or resort- this isnt it. but theres a resto inside good for breakfast especially, a small pool, very helpful staff and right across SM Edsa (a huge mall). When i say across, you literally just go to a higher level, and walk out and you're in SM already. parking can be a little confusing though since its so……

“Stayed in 1010 for 3 nights. Arrived very early in the morning, but Red Planet had 24hr reception and I was able to check in with no problems. There was a double bed, with thick covers and the mattress was super comfortable. The room also had a mini fridge, a safe, a table work area and chair. The work area had plenty of electrical sockets and even 2 USB slots. The bathroom was bright and modern. Soap and shampoo were supplied in the walk-in shower. “This is my second worse experience of the red planet (most worse is in angelas red planet). the wifi were difficult to connect and the staff were also forget to reset my account and password, super slow wifi speed. there are also have drainage problem in the shower, the air-con were very noisy like WWII Tank and the cool function was just like fans, even I turn on the air-con, the room still humid. I have booked Quazon red planet several times before, but the condition of it are getting worse,……

“There is a moldy, musty smell inside the room may be caused by poor ventilation. It took a while falling asleep because of the loud baby cry coming from one of the rooms. We were woken up by a heavy wall banging from the adjacent room that took like 30 minutes long.”
