“I initially had some troubles establishing my Vrbo account and had to cancel my stay and establish a new account. Juli was on top of those communications and even offered to hold the accommodations while I did so. I was easily able to make reservations for the same space, Juli proactively answered all my questions along the way. I arrived for my stay, had all the codes, parked as suggested, and enjoyed the comfortable and convenient loft with no issues at all. Great first Vrbo experience!”
