“Excellent location with only a short direct bus ride (#333) to Circular Quay and CBD, saved us time with transport. The room is clean/cosy and breakfast is good, with delicious handmade yogurt. “The staff went out of its way to make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely helpful in directing us to the various places we visited. The coffee machine in our family room was a bonus. However, I would suggest buying a cheap milk frother, so as not to have cold milk in our coffee. We appreciated the icemaker and the roominess of our accommodation. “Terrible experience. cockroach found in bathroom. Ants everywhere in the room. Cookery not working properly. Dirty bed linens and saw hair on it.”
