"We had a very short but lovely stay at the Shepherd’s Rest. Ilona and Gavin were accessible and very friendly and helpful, we especially loved the dogs who came to visit. Nice for short stay

"In general, it is good enough for travellers. City view with nearby restaurants. Saw a few young staff while checking in. Look like a family-run business. The room is large with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is a set rather than a buffet."
