The host sent very easy to follow and comprehensive instructions as to how to find and access the property and was on hand for answering any queries. The property was well equipped and super clean. The balcony has the most beautiful view and it's a perfect location for exploring the old town. “This hotel is well located about 10 minutes from the train station and near to the funicular for the citta alta. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room itself was very clean and comfortable with good air conditioning which was an absolute requirement given the heat outside. The buffet breakfast is amazing with so much choice. We had a meal in their roof garden restaurant. Expect to pay more than outside the hotel but the food was amazing and the staff very kind and……
