“One of the loveliest homes we have ever stayed in through VRBO. The beds and bedding were also the most comfortable - we really enjoyed our stay here after a long day hiking in Capitol Reef! The outdoor propane fire table with comfortable chairs overlooking a beautiful mountain backdrop was a perfect evening hang-out spot. Would love to stay here again when we return!”

“Everything is exquisitely decorated, with new fixtures, appliances, and decor. The views are stunning, the stars are incredible, the park is close, the kitchen is well appointed, and the hosts are responsive and friendly. Incredible!”

“Very cute little studio behind Hills and Hollow which was great when we needed a few last minute items! Very comfortable bed, nice view, and a great launching off point for your exploration in boulder. One note—do not lock the bottom lock! It is noted in the check-in instructions but no signage elsewhere so just another reminder here. Very cute, would stay again! ”

“The house and surrounding area are beautiful. The area is limited regarding groceries and restaurants. The home had plenty of supplies and was very clean. The only negative was the lack of a contact, I emailed numerous times with no response nor did I have a good number to text or call.”

“Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The owners communicated well and responded promptly. Our only issue was the wrong key code to enter the house upon arrival, but Linda answered our phone call right away to help us in. The house was very clean and accommodating, the complimentary beers, soda and bottles of water were a nice touch. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay here. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area. ”

“This house was super clean and had plenty of bedding and linens for everyone. The kitchen was stocked well, and there was ample seating for meals. We do wish there was a larger gathering place for everyone to sit together, but other than that, the house was perfection! ”
