“Borgo San Pietro is in the charming Tuscan hilltop town of Agnone. We loved being in the historic district and were able to walk everywhere. The hostess, Valentina, was so helpful and always available--she even scheduled a tour in English for us at the Marinelli Bell Foundry. The views from our room were amazing! “We had an amazing stay at beautiful Casa Isabella. The owners, Marco and Isabella, are the kindest, most warm and welcoming hosts that you will find anywhere. “We love this hotel and have stayed here previously. Located a 60 second walk from a wonderful cobblestone street with restaurants, cafes, bars, gelato, etc. Yet the rooms themselves are perfectly quiet as they have modern noise cancelling windows and face away from said street. The region of Abruzzo is a total gem, full of hiking and hill towns, yet is only a 2 hour drive from Rome. The best part is the family that own and run the hotel are so kind and helpful. ”
