“A great neighborhood to stay in Phoenix area ”

“The house is absolutely great. We had a large group of family and there was plenty of room for everyone. Communication was great and check in was seamless. House has many great features inside and outside. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back for sure.”

“The view of superstition mountain on the site looks like a postcard. In reality it is even more spectacular. The view from the patio of superstition mountain with the sun rising is amazing, only to be outdone by twilight when the moutains are last to be hit by the setting sun. Three blocks (a quick walk) from state park trails to the mountain; golf nearby; a beautiful heated pool; a spacious house. A perfect place to relax and enjoy. “We travel to the Phoenix area every spring. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this one was by far our favorite. The house has everything you need and more. Check in and check out was well informed and simple. From the quiet neighborhood to the fabulous backyard this house was not lacking anything for our stay. Communicating with Jill was easy and we were provided with all information we needed. We ran into no issues so our communication was for check in and check out only. What a……

“It was very nice....we enjoyed our stay.....only complaint is the barking dog next door. Pretty annoying. I admit this isn't the property owners fault but it is a nuisance that should be addressed. ”

“Very nice place in a quiet subdivision. Exactly what we were looking for. Communication was good and the check in/check out process was very easy. Only thing we noticed is that the floors were quite dirty. Noticed our son’s clothes and hands were dirty after crawling around for a couple of minutes. Other than that the place was amazing.”
