“Everything was good with location, the home in general with the exception of the water heater was either not working right ir is too small. If you weren't the first to take a shower, you got a cold one. Also the patio furniture looked like it has weathered and might need to be replaced. The contact with the owner was really good though and she was very helpful. She tried to address the hot water issue for everyone but we think she needed to talk to someone about it.”

“Beautiful house and comfy bed. The house is nessled right on a golf course with a small yard. My wife enjoyed spending her mornings on the patio with a cup of tea watching the quail and bunnies that live there. Great views of the Superstitions and close to hiking spots. Would definitely book again! ”

“Overall it was great for us. It was roomy and cozy. Neighbor was quiet during sleeping time. Enjoyed hearing and seeing doves as well as gamble quailMy only downside was the house needs some TLC. One bedroom door had a hole in it. Hard water stains in the bathrooms”

“House was clean and had everything we needed. House is comfortable and decorated very quiet. Loved the outdoor patio! Communication with owner was excellent. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. My family stayed for five days and we had a great time. ”

“It was a perfect fit! The house is nicely laid out and roomy. The pool was unheated but the weather was in the 90s so the pool was cool but we didn’t care. The neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely rent again. ”

“Very clean, updated & warm upon arrival. Very nice to have a garage to use. House had everything you needed. Almost like being at home. Bedrooms & baths very spacious & welcoming. Very private backyard with lots to do. Road next to house a little noisy, but you could not hear road noise in the house. Neighborhood left a little bit to be desired with no nice sit down restaurants close by. It was a very nice house & we would book it again.”

“My partner and I had a great stay with Andrew. The location was good, and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was fun seeing wildlife around the property, and the place had a lot of unique character. The only downside was that the shower was very small—my partner is large and he could not fit comfortably. He had to do some sink bathing. ”
