“Our traveling team size was 30 and we struggled giving everyone a proper sleeping arrangement. I would definitely recommend a team no bigger than 25. Unless you put 3 to a king bed, which we did not. They do include air mattresses as counting twin beds as well, which again, isn't up to par for some college sport programs for a week stay. “Charming location. In the woods so there are bugs but it’s part of the woodsy oasis experience. There are places to eat on the property and walking or driving distance to the Dunes park. Rooms are spacious but dates. We had a balcony that was weathered a bit so I did not feel comfortable going outside to stand on it. The view from the balcony window was beautiful and peaceful.
