“One bedroom suite booked. Sofa bed in sitting room. Spacious. V clean with new decor. Used washing machine. Easy to use. Good soundproof quality. Plenty of storage. One downside: not enough parking spaces. Needed to park on street right outside hotel (allowed between 7 pm to 7 am the next day). Husband then got up around 6:30 n parked our car back into hotel’s compound once after a car left. Otherwise the stay was perfect”
“I was surprised to find we were staying in Student accommodation. Our room was actually 3 separate lockable bedrooms with a shared lounge and kitchen. It was adequate. But sparten. There was wayer damage in the bathroom. And both bathrooms were tiny. There was no facility to store our bags, before check in. And i found the reception very unhelpful as to how to store them while we filled in time. After 36 hours travelling, it was quite stressful. When we did return to check in our room was……
“The communication was great. A minor check-in hiccup that was quickly resolved.A clean room in a clean, well-maintained home. Not in the heart of London, but only a 30-45 minute Uber from most everything. Across the street from a bus stop, and only a 15-minute walk from the Tube. Quite convenient for those who are willing to immerse themselves a little!Definitely priced appropriately.”
“Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly.
The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early.”
“Shame on Expedia for not refunding the amount. We did not stay at the hotel. The place said they would send information, which they didn’t. We arrived with our two tired kids and called Expedia because the host did not answer calls, texts or What’s App messages. Then we got texts from another number that stated the room was not clean but we could stay there. A person came out and said her room was filthy. The host on What’s App said they would refund the money but would not pick up when Expedia……

"Hotel does not provide overnight luggage storage. This is quite beyond my expectation, because I previously planned to visit Glasgow for a few days then came back for a final stay. Need to find alternative storage.
