“It was found to be a real let-down. I had anticipated a living arrangement where I could invite family/friends for an evening of camaraderie. Instead what I found was a living room with no TV, no music, no available seating and instead had a large bunk bed, a large dresser, a table with 4 chairs and a refrigerator; an outside area that had a torn gazebo, dirty, rusty swing and a weedy garden; a bedroom that had a TV that didn't work, a mobile air conditioner that shut off after the first day;……

“We had a great stay at this apartment. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The gym in the complex was great to use and the location is really central to shopping and restaurants. It’s on the first floor, which was nice for bringing everything in.”

“The post promised gated parking which was not the case. Upon arriving, I had to reach out to the host to see where to park as the posting showed actual parking stals. I was told to park out between the first gate or out on the street which was quite a walk to the actual room. We received no check in information AT ALL, so after having to ask a lady on the premisis where to go I had to reach out to the host another time for the room info. We were told room 2 and given the code. The place was nice……

“The property is located just a few blocks from a quaint little “Village” of shops. They often set up love music and other local events. Thaddeus, the owner, is an amazing host and one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He keeps the property clean and in pristine condition at all times. The unit itself was perfect for my solo stay, but would work well for a couple too. All the basic amenities you would expect, like mini fridge, convection microwave, slow cooker and hot plate. “Ended up having to park in the ally as we got in very late, but had no issues with that. The second you walk in the mini split AC was doing its job. Everything was clean and well thought out in the space. Didn’t end up using the kitchenette but it looked well stocked. The bed was comfortable and the sheets they use are very soft. There is some nearby road/people/train noise nearby. But it didn’t bother us at the end of a long day. The only small downside was the shower head. The water in……
