“Simon was a very accommodating host, and insured we had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of room for a larger family, it was great.. Most everything you could need in the kitchen. Convenient location to everything. Will be staying here again. ”

“We stayed in this same complex last year, so were familiar with the area. This unit was clean and functional. Not too many restaurants very close but not too far a walk to several. Only 5 mins to Space Needle. ”

“Central to everything .. walkable to tourist locations. Check in was easy, unit had everything you need. Only recommendation is the rug was worn and looked dated. There were also tears in the screens going to the balcony which could be problematic in the warmer weather.”

“Overall, the condo is great. Excellent location, secure parking, spa and pool, safe and convenient. It’s well appointed with comfortable beds, clean and fully equipped kitchen, and en-suite laundry. It’s bright and airy with a lot of paintings. However, we could only give it four stars as much maintenance is needed: burned out lightbulbs, loose handles on bathroom tap, wobbly chairs (easily remedied with simple tools), loose carpeting. It’s nothing major or expat, but a few hours of work would……

“The loft is very nice, clean and well maintained in a secure building. Great walking distance to many things and really good neighborhood bakery and restaurants. A short stroll to the Pike Market! As noted in the listing, it is noisy, mostly in the alley behind the loft with trash pick up numerous times of day and night, which might take getting used to for those who don't live in an urban area. Typical of lofts, it was a little hard to balance out the heat as we were there during a cold snap,……

“This spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo was amazing. It was quiet, clean, and had a great view of the waterfront. We love to walk when we visit Seattle so the location was excellent for walks to the waterfront, downtown, and the Seattle Center. Parking was secure and the entire property felt safe. We would note we were glad we drove our sedan instead of our SUV because the parking stalls were a little small. ”
