“This our second time to stay at the Iris Garden Inn in Garden City/Savannah. Our daughter is a student at SCAD and in the past we always stayed at short term rentals in the north historic district. Last year we traveled with our dog to pick up our daughter for summer break and stayed at the Iris Garden Inn because they allow pets. “The hotel is terrible we had issues with our room keys told the office and they said they closed at 9 so if your keys don’t work just keep trying”they’re old”. Ended up not getting in Friday night so had to find a room else where with all our stuff locked in their room. Got back there sat and complained and they said they would come check the door, it took them an hour to get to us and they found an issue with their door but refused to give us any refund even though we had to get a last minute……

“This is an amazing place to stay! There amenities and customer service are the best we've encountered in a very long time! Even though looking at the tall steps to get up to the front door look daunting, Kendall was able to bring our luggage up into our room without flinching!
