特筆すべきところは料理とワインです。
料理に詳しくないのでイタリア料理に含まれるのかどうかはわからないのですが（南チロル料理なのかもしれません）、サラダバー＆パン→一皿目と二皿目（どちらも毎日2種類から選べます）→デザート、の夕食にワインなどのお酒を追加できます。そして全て素晴らしく美味しい。
スタッフの皆さんも親切で、しばらく宿泊させてもらっているうちに、実家に帰ったかのような暖かさと安心感を感じました。
