“The property was secluded and relaxing. It was a nice change of pace from the others I’ve stayed in, that have several other cabins within view. We loved the privacy of the part of the lake that was within walking distance. We also enjoyed the peddle boat and kayaks that are provided. The only negative takeaway was how steep the hill is to and from the lake area. To the point I wouldn’t drive our suv down it in fear of being stuck at the bottom. Overall this was an A place to stay!”

“My wife and i absolutely loved this home. Everytime about it was just so amazing. The cell service was non existent and the wifi was close to non existent, but its exactly what we needed. It was the perfect break we didnt know we needed. We will most definitely be back towards the fall to stay again!”

“We very much enjoyed our stay! The cabin is adorable and extremely spacious- easily fitting our group of 7 with plenty of room left over. Beautifully decorated and the beds and bedding were soft and comfortable. The hot spring water in the fridge was such a thoughtful and welcome touch! The paddle boards and kayaks were a HUGE bonus and the highlight of the stay! As was the hot tub. The only downside was the walk to the lake. I should have more clearly read previous reviews about it so that’s on……

“We arrived in the middle of a severe thunderstorm. The rain continued the days we were there. The cabin access road washed out. I contacted Theresa and within a half an hour she had opened her private gate for us to gain access to the highway. Wonderful communication, wonderful environment, super cozy and clean The vibe is one of being alone in the middle of a beautiful hardwood forest. The water feature is natural. The hot tub is perfect. I can’t say enough about how much I love this place.”

We couldn’t find a place that suited us closer to the lake but then found this I was a little concerned about the location but when we got there it was super secluded and amazing !! “Our family loved having this home as a home base as we explored the surrounding sites. It was easy to get to Hot Springs, and any other activity or restaurant we headed to. “This property exceeded all our expectations. The views were spectacular and the comfort and space for 3 couples and a small dog were perfect. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Personally, I wouldn’t bother going down to the beach as the walk down was very treacherous and steep - I would drive 5 mins and enjoy Sargent Bay instead. The house is conveniently located closed to so many great hikes and beaches as well as shopping. We requested an early access and Heathers graciously……
