“J'ai réservé ma chambre via Hotel.com à 23h38 étant en voyage et ayant besoin de faire une pause. Une fois la réservation faite, j'ai essayé d'appeler l'hotel pour m'assurer que quelqu’un pouvait nous recevoir une demie-heure plus tard. Personne ne nous a repondu. Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de notre nuit d'hotel. J'ai appelé le lendemain matin pour demander le remboursement vu l'impossibilité de séjourner. “Was an amazing stay Would rebook in a heartbeat if I’m ever in the area. Not only were they friendly but helpful. Rooms extremely clean and comfortable but the breakfast was something I personally have not seen in Italy so far. Everything your heart desired. And great coffee ”
