“This apartment was better than expected. It was very spacious, had everything I needed for my two week stay and was in the perfect location. I would highly recommend for large groups or long term stays. ”

“BED BUGS!I checked in, unpacked, pulled back the sheets, started ironing, and saw a bed bug near the pillow. I took pictures, imaged search to confirm my suspicion, then killed it with the iron.No other place to go in the area, I had to accept another room. The next day the hotel let me know they brought in pest control and the "results for bed bugs was negative". I did not appreciate that, it felt like gaslighting. Additionally, there was no offer of refund or discount applied. I had to accept……

“Our college grandson lived nearby and this was very convenient for him and us to see each other for meals and sightseeing tours. We walked to some tours and took Ubers for other sightseeing tours that were too far for us to walk. We felt very comfortably walking around.”

"The Tidal Basin is just across the street from the hotel, and the hotel has its own private bridge across the street to the Tidal Basin, which is in a great location to view the cherry blossoms at the Tidal Basin and go to the National Mall. The service staff is very friendly, and the hotel is tastefully decorated, clean and warm. The room is large and overlooks the Tidal Basin from the window.We came to see the cherry blossoms this time with my elderly mother. The hotel is very conveniently located for my mother in a wheelchair to visit the Tidal Basin."
