“We enjoyed another stay at Sunset Vistas in a condo owned by Lisa and Garth. We have stayed in almost all of their condos in this building and 406W did not disappoint. The condo is clean and well equipped for a family. Great view of the ocean. ”

Everything about booking, checking in and checking out was super smooth. It would be good if the property had hooks to hang things to dry and more hangers since there’s very little storage space. Kitchen could have a few more dishes and glasses. We’d definitely stay at this property again!”

“My husband and I stayed with our 17 and 19 year old kids. We all had an amazing stay and highly recommend staying here if looking to vacation in the Treasure Island area. The beach is one of the nicest of anywhere we’ve been, and we loved the location of the condo. We walked to Johns Pass several times. The condo was well set up with everything we needed for our stay, and was very clean. We were appreciative of being able to check in a little early as we had an early arrival in the area. I would……

“This is our second year in a row visiting Treasure Island. This beachfront studio was perfect. The view was beautiful and one of our favorite things to do was watch the dolphins swim past every morning. Just a suggestion, but bring a pair of binoculars. You don’t need to rent a car. Most everything is within walking distance and you can Lyft or Uber. We’ll be back! ”
