“We stayed here with family for Memorial Day weekend and were very impressed and looking forward to staying again in the future! The owners were very easy to communicate with. The house was extremely clean and accomodating! The owners thought of everything for their guests. We comfortably slept 11. The house was much bigger and very roomy than anticipated. The view of the lake was something one could get used to! The lake sat right across the street or a very short walk/drive to the beach.……

“Very comfortable and well cared for. Spiral staircase to large upstairs bedroom. Wood floors shining. Property is on a dirt road which is a bit rough but also, no traffic past the lodge and a good place for a walk. Though we brought our own food, there was a lovely plate of apple cake,cookies and loaf of homemade bread waiting for on arrival that we enjoyed. A nice touch. Only negative was limited silverware and a sauce pan would be nice. Overall, an enjoyable stay. No tv or internet but I used……

“Rustic glam off-the-grid cabin. Very comfortable, clean, and beautifully appointed. You’ll need some basics like a hair dryer, and there’s no microwave, but there is a full sized propane stove with oven. No wifi and minimal cell service, but that’s the good part! “We stayed in the tree house because of it's location on the Elk County Trail of Dreams. As soon as we parked we were welcomed with the sounds of a nearby stream. The kids enjoyed exploring nature and being secluded. We even learned to enjoy swaying back and forth through a brief thunderstorm. It is a legitimate tree house. With all the natural charm it's easy to forget your only 30 seconds away from the Elk Life Store. There was planting of SxS/ATV traffic going by, but that's why we were there.……

“This cabin is absolutely adorable! We really enjoyed connecting with nature - there's several large state parks and trails nearby. We also are incredibly grateful we were able to take our dogs. Being able to bring our dogs with us is a make or break on a vacation like this. We wanted to be able to hike with them, let them run and explore!
