The house was well provided with towels and all kinds of conveniences. The location is excellent. The neighborhood is safe. “We booked through VRBO but we were completely unaware there was a second platform the property used to manage the community called Grand Welcome. Our experience with Grand Welcome was anything but welcoming. It was completely inadequate for the price point. We booked the incorrect dates to start, which was our oversight, but had to call multiple times to get reimbursed. Vrbo had listed the property as having a 100% refund if canceled by a certain time. We canceled within hours after realizing……
