“This was a small room. Fine for one person, but could be a nuisance for a pair if they have significant luggage. The shower is cramped. Easy to get in. I didn't initially realize there were more supplies in the office downstairs (soap, creamer, etc.). There is also a general store & gas less than a mile to the west. The location is a bit further from both Acadia and Bar Harbor than most options, but not significantly so where you'd have to really plan for extra time to get anywhere. The nearby……

“We had an amazing trip and the property lived up to the billing. Check in was a breeze. The code worked on the door the first time. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub the first night and the treats left in the kitchen. We needed extra towels and a blanket and they were easy to find and abundant in choices. “We were very happy with our stay!It’s the perfect proximity between Acadia and Bar Harbor. Very secluded and quiet, and our place was well stocked and had everything we possibly needed. “Great location...close to Bar Harbor, Southwest Harbor, and Acadia National Park. Condo was clean. Check-in codes sent via email. No water views. No dishwasher. Laundry services available, but shared with other tenants. Unit sleeps four; however, with luggage, gear, etc. may be better suited for two adults. At times, airplanes may be heard flying overhead. Overall, though, I would recommend this unit.”

“This house was perfect for a small girls trip, close to Acadia/Bar Harbor! The house was adorable, we especially loved the fun wallpaper & light-switch covers that added personality to the house :) Everyone at Ohana Inns was very helpful & communicative, making it a great stay! ”

“Hosts easy to deal with. Place was neat and as promised. Nice place as a base to visit this part of Maine. Did Acadia NP, Whale watch, toured a couple Lighthouse spots, Did Bangor Steven King tour, and Upstate Moosehead Lake with a short walk on the AT. All easy drives from the rental. ”

“Great place to use as a "home base" to explore the area. Downtown location - coffee shops, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. Awesome local co-op close by for groceries abd ither essentials. More space in the unit than the pictures show, and its nice and quiet at night. Would come back again and recommend!”

“Loved being within walking distance of everything in town! We used the car only to go up to Acadia and walked everywhere else. Showers were hot and bed was comfortable. I don’t know if it was the bed or the walking, but it was the best sleep I’ve had in quite awhile. Must be happiness!”
