“The included breakfast was so good and highly recommended. There was an electrical outlet in the bathroom that didn’t work. Also, not sure if it was us, but we couldn’t get the door to lock. However, for the location, cleanliness. We would stay here again. I might recommend a bigger refrigerator since we did have leftovers and they didn’t always fit in the fridge. ”

“The place was excellent! We like so many came to see the sunrise on Cadillac mountain, but were unaware that reservations were needed by national Parks services to do that. If I were the host, I would let my guests know that information after they booked in case that was their plans. However in terms of accommodations I would highly suggest staying there”

“The pictures do not do this place justice. Very clean and on a gorgeous property. Close to everything you’d want to do on the island. We also tried a few of the restaurants recommended by our host and enjoyed them all! ”

“We stayed 2 nights while visiting Acadia. We wanted to be away from the craziness of Bar Harbor… this location satisfied this need. Check in and communication were great. We stayed in room 7. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Only minor issues that I would want others to consider is… 1) proximity to the highway is very close, which is apparent when I look back at the website pics. It wasn’t an issue for me, as I wear earplugs anyway, but I did hear a siren once, as it is that close.……

“The rental was outstanding. Clean, conveniently located, close to downtown Southwest Harbor restaurants and stores, but just a couple blocks down the street so it was nice and quiet. “The property was very well kept. The room was just what my granddaughter and I needed. I tried to use the laundry service however every time I tried to use it the washers and dryer were full of hotel bedding and I didn’t think I should move things. I would recommend this place to anyone. ”

Overlooks a prairie and has convenient store, restaurant, etc. just a few steps away. This is a very special place to stay, and very close to the Acadia National Park Schoodic entrance. ”
