“Great place for 4 to stay in Cornwall. Kitchen is well-equipped and clean, beds are as advertised. The villlage is this nice little place around a huge sandy beach, which you can reach by foot from anywhere in the village. All in all, we really liked this place. ”

“Great location for a 'home base' in Newquay. The Family Studios set up was perfect for our family of four (kids 4 &7), with all the essentials we needed for our trip. We had a mix of meals in the room with the incredible sea view as well as dining out. Note that the mini fridge in the room does not have a freezer compartment, so one to think about when planning groceries for the week. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and loved that we could watch our Netflix/Disney/etc on the……

“The peoperty is in a great location, check in and check out were completely hassle free. The property itself was rwally clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you need. The washing machine was a godsend for a beach location like Cornwall. Would definitely recommend, especially for families with small children.”

“Excellent accommodation well equipped with all modern equipment really enjoyed our stay. Not too far from Newquay either but plenty to do here with bars and restaurants a plenty. Would certainly recommend it to anyone.”

“Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink.……

“Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. ”
