“The property was very well maintained and clean inside. The security on the doors was excellent. The property owners communicated well and answered all of my questions. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy, and on-street parking was very tight. I got to practice my parallel parking skills a lot. There is parking in the back, but it was too tight for larger vehicles.”

“House was in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything that we wanted to go see and do. Great communication with property manager. Needed to ask the property manager a question and received a quick response. Property manager was very accommodating. Plenty of parking at property with an effortless check in. “The house was beautiful, clean, and cozy. Lots of space, extra beds/pillows/linens. The bedrooms were very roomy. Everything you need or want and everything you didn’t know you needed or wanted were available in this home. Marcy responded within minutes if we had any questions. “We were very pleased wuth rhe home. Anytime we had a question or concern it was taken care of immediately. The house was clean and spacious. Would highly recommend!”

“Overall, the property was very clean and organized. Beds were comfortable. Easily accessible from Miami University. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. The stairs going upstairs are very steep and the second floor elevations are a little weird but doable. The only negative was that the neighbors were very noisy as others also mentioned.”

“The location is great. The proximity to the city and highway is great. The setting in the woods is lovely. We found some odd items, a tissue, a fake eylash, and breakfast protein bar to name a few. The railing overlooking the stairway is dangerous and the bannister is loose. I would not recommend this house for small children. For us, it suited our needs just fine. The listing was exactly as advertised.”
