“The staff was excellent!”

“This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location, with a great walking trail. The room condition was outstanding, everything about the room was top notch. ”

“Staff was friendly no matter what time I came in and respected my privacy when I requested it. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, overall I'll stay at the Hampton inn in Richland next time I'm there shooting at rattlesnake shooting facility. It's a 20 minute drive to the range.”

“The only thing we experienced was that there were multiple kids birthday parties at this location and it was very rowdy for the entire time my kids and I were there; we were unable to enjoy the pool area with the constant screaming and horseplay, although the pool area was beautiful, it was insane trying to enjoy our time together while trying not to get shot at by water cannons and hear over the constant curdling screams of children. I’m not joking, there was kids shoving and a big dude slam……

“The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. We were there for a baseball tournament and I didn't hear any other guests while in our room.”

“I particularly love the location because it was very quiet AND I could open the windows for fresh air. We had two dogs traveling with us and there was plenty of room for them as well. The full breakfast in the morning was great, which makes the overall cost very appealing.”

“For the price of over $300 a night and being next to the Convention Center, it was a little disappointing. The bathroom fan did not work, the electric blinds in the room did not work, and the room was not updated at all. Old tv, microwaves, etc. the lobby was beautiful, the bar, and dining were spectacular, but once you get on that second floor it is a major let down. Very similar to budget motel rooms but a little bigger in size. ”

“Love this hotel and this location! Staff was super sweet, we enjoyed the gal who checked us in yesterday afternoon (5/4) but didn’t catch her name, but she was wonderful! Loved our view of the river. We had an issue with the toilet running and running so maybe have someone look into that at some point but overall, we had a great time and we will be back!”
