“A beautiful, boutique hotel, with excellent facilities. Wonderful doing experiences with a clear focus of field to table. Lots of ingredients (including the wine) is grown by the hotel, in the surrounding area. Weather wasn’t great during our stay, but it didn’t dilute the beauty of the location, or the area, and the hotel put on a free pesto making demonstration (with wine!) as ‘compensation’ for the bad weather. It didn’t stop us from going in the pool either! Although we are wild swimmers……

“Superbe hôtel, immense chambre, pas un bruit. Excellent petit déjeuner dans une superbe salle avec vue sur toute la baie. Idéalement situé, centre-ville à moins de 10 mns à pied”

“L’hotel è in ottima posizione, tra le due spiagge, come dice il nome. Dentro è più grande di come sembra da fuori. Ha più ristoranti. Il centro benessere è un po’ piccolo e la palestra ha quasi tutti i macchinar fuori uso. La camera è bella ma un po’ datata.”

“Fantastisk hotell på alle områder 😊 Meget hyggelig betjening.”

“Hotellet er dyrt til å være tre stjerners, men beliggenheten er fantastisk modt på havneplassen i Portfino. Gangavstand til alt. Veldig hjelpsomme foll mht utflukter og restauranter og med advarsler om de restaurantene nan vør unngå, spesielt de dom legger på 15 % skatt. Alt fungerer utmerket og man spiser frokost ite med utsikt mot havneområdet. Denne forstyrres noe av at alle leveranser inn til hoteller og restauranter finner sted tidlig om morgenen, før 10. ”

“Flott hotell med veldig hyggelig betjening. Bodde der i 6 dager mens vi gikk Cinque Terre. Å bruke tog er en meget bra måte å komme seg rundt i området på.”

“Just had 2 nights here. Absolutely beautiful hotel within short walking distance to Portofino harbor with all the restaurants and shops. The attention to detail at this hotel is incredible. The breakfast buffet is amazing with huge variety of choices fantastic warm bread and pastries, everything you could wish for. Dyson hairdryer in the room was an extravagant touch and dried my hair in 10 min instead of 20! Definitely hope to return one day!”

“You get what you pay for. Small but clean room, very uncomfortable beds, 10 min walk to central part of town, no parking possibilities, an ok breakfast but no high quality. Security is not good since keys hang on hooks that anyone can reach, no one saw when I took our key.”

“Hôtel bien placé à proximité de la mer dans un endroit calme. Difficulté de stationnement, parking rempli et peu de places dont certaines encombrées. Hôtel agréable et propre. Personnel sympathique. Bon séjour. ”

“I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.”
