“I left my phone on shuttle to hotel and 2 reception desk ladies helped me contact the company to find my phone which I was able to pickup the next day. Being outside of the US their help was tremendous! Sorry I don’t remember their names but they were working the front desk Monday Oct 13 around 5pm (1700).”
