“Wir verbrachten eine schöne Woche in diesem gepflegten Ferienhaus. Leider war das Wetter etwas durchwachsen und das Haus ohne Zentralheizung und daher recht kalt, als wir eintrafen. Die Vermieterin hatte uns aber im Vorfeld darauf hingewiesen, sodass wir kleidungsmässig gut ausgerüstet waren. Das Haus hatte dann bereits am nächsten Tag eine ordentliche Grundwärme. Ansonsten ist das Haus gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Falls notwendig war die Vermieterin immer gut……

“Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison bien équipée .La terrasse est très agréable et offre une vue magnifique sur la mer.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse de nos hôtes.L'Italie est toute proche et il est facile de passer une journée à Trieste . “Die Anlage besteht aus drei seperaten Wohneinheiten wodurch jede Familie ihren privaten Rückzugsort hatte. Der Innenhof/Garten ist schön gestaltet und wir haben viele tolle Abende dort verbracht. Es war das erste Ferienobjekt in dem Mal genügend Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe etc vorhanden war. Es war auch sehr sauber.”

“Etwas zu ruhig gelegen, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. 30 Minuten Autofahrt nach Triest. Es war trotz des schlechten Wetters schön, vor allem Ausflüge nach Muggia und Triest.”

“Estuvimos 3 familias cada una en uno de los estudios, todo estaba muy limpio y preparado para nuestra estancia. La comunicación con la propietaria fue magnífica en todo momento. Los niños se lo pasaron genial en el espacio exterior con el columpio. Además está muy bien localizada para ver las cuevas o ir a la costa. Muy recomendable.”

“This property is in a little town in Northern Italy that we chose so we could get to Trieste, Venice, Croatia and Slovenia all is less than one hour driving. The accommodations were so authentic and very well appointed. We loved the small village, the restaurants there as well as the winery. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Italy. We all loved the home and the people that ran it. Such a beautiful and safe environment. ”

“This villa was perfect for us; we had plenty of space, it was very clean, and only a short (steep) walk to the city centre. The grounds are beautiful and we spent a lot of time sitting outside enjoying the outdoor space. Boris and Natasha were very responsive and kind to us and ensured that we had everything that we needed. The kitchen is well-equipped. Absolutely no issues.”
